My career has taken a few interesting turns over the years, from forensics to training as a florist, before finding my way into sales, marketing and business development. Not exactly the most obvious career path, but I've learnt something valuable from every step!

I spent over 10 years working in a digital marketing agency, developing my experience in everything from SEO and paid advertising to content marketing, digital strategy and account management.

What I've always enjoyed most, though, is the people side of business. I love getting to know people, understanding what makes their businesses tick and finding opportunities to bring the right people together.

As Growth and Partnerships Manager at People Pillar, my role is all about building relationships, developing partnerships and helping more businesses discover how we can support them.

I'm a big believer that the best business relationships are built on genuine connections and trust, rather than just trying to sell something. I particularly enjoy networking and meeting people from different businesses, especially when I can make an introduction that turns out to be useful for everyone.

Outside work, I love running and spending time outdoors with my partner and son. It's a great way to switch off, get some fresh air and recharge.
