Enquire About ADHD Coaching
ADHD can bring some brilliant strengths, from creativity and fresh perspectives to the ability to become deeply absorbed in things that capture your interest. But it can also bring challenges, particularly when it comes to managing time, organising tasks or juggling competing demands.
And everyone's experience is different.
At People Pillar, we provide personalised ADHD coaching that helps individuals understand their strengths, explore what's getting in their way and develop practical strategies to support them at work.
Enquire About ADHD CoachingADHD Coaching That's Built Around You
If you have met one person with ADHD, you have met one person with ADHD!
There's no one-size-fits-all approach to ADHD coaching, because no two people experience ADHD in exactly the same way.
We start by getting to know you. Not just the things you're finding difficult, but what you're good at, what motivates you and the situations where you feel at your best.
Together, we'll explore what you'd like to achieve and what might be standing in your way. That could mean finding ways to manage your workload, making more space for the parts of your job you enjoy or building confidence in situations you currently find challenging.
From there, we'll work on practical strategies that suit your strengths, preferences and circumstances, rather than expecting you to fit into somebody else's idea of how you should work. And if something doesn't work? We try something different.
The aim is to help you understand yourself better and develop approaches that feel realistic, useful and sustainable.
What Could ADHD Coaching Help You Achieve?
ADHD coaching isn't just about overcoming difficulties. It can also help you recognise what you're already good at and find ways to make more of those strengths. Depending on your goals, coaching can help you:
- Recognise and build on your strengths: understanding what energises you, where you thrive and how to use those qualities more effectively.
- Feel more in control of your working day: developing approaches to planning, prioritising and managing competing responsibilities.
- Work with your attention and motivation: exploring what helps you engage with tasks and how to approach the ones you find less interesting.
- Build confidence and self-understanding: recognising your needs, preferences and what helps you perform at your best.
- Develop routines that suit you: finding practical systems for organisation and time management without unnecessary rigidity.
- Navigate working relationships: understanding your communication preferences and finding ways to work effectively with colleagues, managers or clients.
- Manage pressure and overwhelm: recognising what contributes to stress and developing strategies to respond.
Not everyone will need support with all these areas. Your coaching will focus on what matters to you.

ADHD Coaching for Individuals and Employers
For Individuals
Perhaps you've recently been diagnosed and are beginning to understand your working habits in a new light. Or you've known about your ADHD for years but want to explore ways to make your working life more fulfilling and manageable.
Coaching can help you recognise your strengths, develop confidence and find practical approaches that support you in your role.
You don't necessarily need a formal ADHD diagnosis to explore whether coaching could be helpful.
For Employers and Managers
You might have an employee who's recently shared an ADHD diagnosis, or someone in your team who would benefit from additional support with certain aspects of their role.
Providing access to ADHD coaching can be a practical way to support that individual, helping them explore their strengths, develop strategies and feel more confident at work.
Coaching is tailored to the employee's own needs and goals, rather than being a programme designed to change how they behave or make them fit a particular way of working.
Could Access to Work Help Fund Your Coaching?
If you're employed or self-employed, you may be able to access financial support for ADHD coaching through the government's Access to Work scheme. Access to Work can provide funding for certain types of workplace support, depending on your circumstances and the outcome of your application.
You don't necessarily need a formal ADHD diagnosis to apply, although you'll need to demonstrate how your condition or difficulties affect you at work. Funding isn't automatic, and eligibility and the support awarded are determined by the scheme.
